About Rendlesham Campsite

• On the day of arrival  please report to reception before pitching.  
• New guests are welcome to arrive between 1pm and 7pm (April to September) and 1pm to 5pm (October to December). 
• On the day of departure please vacate your pitch by 11am. 
• A late check out can be purchased from reception (subject to availability) for £10, allowing you to stay onsite until 4pm.  
• It is recommended to contact reception to make an on the day booking.  Please do not commence travel to site until you have spoken to a member of the site team by phone. 

• The main campsite gates are locked  overnight between 10:00pm & 7:30am.
• Please respect the site one way system and adhere to a strict 5mph speed limit.
• To protect our beautiful forests, the burning of wood is strictly prohibited. 
• Charcoal & gas only BBQs are allowed, providing they are raised off the ground. BBQs must be extinguished by 10.00pm. 
• Disposable BBQ's, fire pits, open campfire and candles are prohibited. 
• Due to fire safety, you must pitch at least six metres away from another camping unit. If this rule is not adhered to you will be asked to re-pitch. (Please ask the site team at reception for help if you are unsure). 
• The "joining" of pitches with the use of windbreaks or gazebos is prohibited. 
• Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. 
• E-Bikes and E-Scooters are not permitted on the campsite.   E-bikes are welcome within Rendlesham Forest. These must be road legal and not modified. 
• Please walk your E-bike off the campsite before you begin use. 

• To respect the enjoyment of others, we ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum after 10:00pm with total silence by 10:30pm. 
• Please refrain from driving on the campsite after 10:00pm. If you find you need to, please keep to the site speed limited of 5mph.
• Visitors are welcome on site (charges do apply, please ask at reception). Any visitors will be required to depart the site by 10.00pm. 
• Inappropriate or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated towards our staff, police will be contacted for instances of anti-social behaviour.  You will be asked to vacate your pitch, no refund will be proffered. 

• Please keep dogs on leads at all times and use the bins provided to dispose of foul waste. 
• We will accept 3 dogs per pitch, unless the site manager has given consent for more.
• If there is an incident on-site involving your dog, you may be asked to leave the campsite immediately. No refund will be proffered. 

•  In an emergency please call 999 ask for ambulance, fire service or police.
